Why Word documents get so big
A DOCX file is a zip package of text and images. When you paste a photo from your phone into Word, the full-resolution picture (often 3–8 MB) is stored inside the document, even if it's displayed at a few inches wide. A report with a handful of photos can easily exceed email limits.
CNVRT recompresses each embedded JPG and PNG and scales oversized pictures down to a resolution that still looks sharp at their displayed size. The rest of the document is repacked with maximum compression. Text, styles, tables, comments and page layout are not touched.
