Combine PDFs in the exact order you want
Merging PDFs is useful whenever documents belong together: invoices and receipts for an expense report, chapters of a thesis, scanned pages of a contract, or application documents that a portal only accepts as a single file. Add your files and each one appears as a numbered preview of its first page, with its page count and size.
Drag the previews to reorder them (on phones, use the grip handle or the arrow buttons), sort them alphabetically, or reverse the order with one click. The merged PDF follows the numbering exactly.
Lossless: nothing is re-rendered
CNVRT copies the original pages into the new document without re-rendering them, so text stays searchable, images keep their full quality, and links and annotations on the pages continue to work. Pages keep their original size and orientation, even when you mix A4 and Letter or portrait and landscape documents.

Limits and privacy
You can merge up to 50 PDFs at a time, each up to 200 MB and 500 MB in total. Uploads start as soon as you add files, so merging is quick. All files are deleted automatically within 60 minutes, and you can delete them immediately with one click after downloading.
Tips for the best results
- 1.Name your files with numbers (01-intro.pdf, 02-report.pdf…) and use Sort A–Z to order them instantly.
- 2.Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before merging.
- 3.To combine images into a PDF, first convert them with our JPG to PDF or PNG to PDF tools, then merge.
- 4.If the merged file is too large to email, compress it with the PDF compressor.

Are bookmarks kept?
Page content, links and annotations are kept. The bookmarks panel (outline) of the original files is not carried over to the merged document.
