1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using cnvrt.app (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. About the Service

cnvrt.app is a file conversion service operated by Muradian Web Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service allows users to upload files and convert them to different file formats free of charge.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal and commercial file conversion purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your use of the Service, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Content

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any files you upload comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code

  • Is pirated, illegally obtained, or distributed without proper authorization
  • Contains child exploitation material or any content that sexualizes minors
  • Promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable laws

4.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any files you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and distribute such content.

5. Service Availability and Limitations

5.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

5.2 File Limitations

We reserve the right to impose reasonable limitations on file sizes, formats, and processing time. Large files may experience longer processing times or may not be processed at all.

5.3 File Retention and Deletion

Uploaded files and converted files are automatically deleted from our servers after a reasonable period. We are not responsible for maintaining copies of your files, and you should download converted files promptly.

6. Privacy and Data Processing

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Muradian Web Consulting LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8.3 File Conversion Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate file conversions, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of converted files. You are responsible for verifying the integrity of converted files.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Muradian Web Consulting LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muradian Web Consulting LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements and promotional content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, and you interact with advertisers at your own risk.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

The Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Muradian Web Consulting LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
